Casa La Salemera is situated near the beach of La Salemera at the East coast of the Canary island La Palma.
From the house to the small beach of La Salemera is just a few minutes walking away.
Playa La Salemera has summer and winter a very good climate with lots of sunshine and day and night pleasant temperatures. Casa La Salemera sleeps up to 3 persons.
La Salemera is not a tourist resort. The owners of the beach houses are Palmeros who live here permanently or use their houses in the weekend and for holidays.
This beach house was recently renovated and equipped with new furniture.
The owners offer the house at a special introductory price.

Outside
		The enclosed garden has several seating areas, there is a table and chairs, parasol and sunbeds with cushions. The small raised pool is an excellent place for a quick dip on hot days. The wall prevents accidents with small children while providing hours of fun for the adults.
From the roofterrace you will have a wide view over La Salemera, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

Accommodation
Beachhouse La Salemera has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a utility room. The living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom have slidingdoors which can completely disapear into the wall.

In the living room are a sofa and cofee table and there is TV. The kitchen has a dining table, ceramic hob, small oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, electric kettle and a good assortment of kitchen utensils.

One bedroom has a double bed (180x200M) and wardrobes, in the second bedroom you'll find a single bed (90x190M) and wardrobes.

In the bathroom you will find a smaal bath with shower, wash basin and wc.
The wasmachine you will find in the utility room.

Area

From the airport to Casa La Salemera is about 25 minutes drive.
In La Salemera is a Kiosco with terrace where you can enjoy a meal. A small supermarket stands on the main road, about 5 minutes drive uphill. More shops and restaurants are in the resort Los Cancjos.
